{"id":364,"date":"2026-04-14T10:15:43","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T08:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asso-detours91.fr\/?p=364"},"modified":"2026-04-14T10:15:46","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T08:15:46","slug":"marche-solidaire-19-avril-2026-syndrome-de-rett","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asso-detours91.fr\/index.php\/2026\/04\/14\/marche-solidaire-19-avril-2026-syndrome-de-rett\/","title":{"rendered":"Marche Solidaire 19 avril 2026 (Syndrome de Rett)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Message d&rsquo;Aur\u00e9lie Grillet :<br>J&rsquo;organise une marche au profit de l\u2019AFSR, Association Fran\u00e7aise du Syndrome de Rett,&nbsp;<strong>le 19 avril 2026 \u00e0 Gif-sur-Yvette<\/strong>.&nbsp;Cette association, reconnue d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique, a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1988 autour d\u2019une cause commune : la maladie de leurs enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syndrome de Rett est une maladie neurod\u00e9veloppementale rare et s\u00e9v\u00e8re, caus\u00e9e par une mutation affectant un g\u00e8ne sur le chromosome X. Elle touche donc en grande majorit\u00e9 les filles, provoquant un handicap mental et des atteintes motrices s\u00e9v\u00e8res.&nbsp;La maladie appara\u00eet le plus souvent entre le 6<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>&nbsp;et le 24<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>&nbsp;mois de l\u2019enfant, apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9veloppement normal durant les premiers mois de la vie. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re cause de polyhandicap chez les filles, avec 40 \u00e0 50 nouveaux cas chaque ann\u00e9e en France, 9000 dans le monde, soit 1 naissance sur 10 000 \u00e0 15 000.<br>Concr\u00e8tement, la marche (une boucle) aura lieu&nbsp;<strong>le dimanche 19 avril 2026 au parc de la mairie de Gif<\/strong>.&nbsp;Il y aura un stand ou le public sera accueilli par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, dont certains de l\u2019AFSR. Des g\u00e2teaux seront en vente pour se restaurer, et pour ceux qui le souhaitent, des articles de la boutique seront en vente.&nbsp;Les d\u00e9parts sont libres&nbsp;<strong>entre 9h et 12h<\/strong>, les personnes seront autonomes sur le parcours qui sera balis\u00e9.
